Gateway Plastic Extrusions operates 11 extrusion lines – 24 hours a day / 5 days a week. We follow stringent quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure specifications are maintained and recorded, samples secured and standards met.

In addition to the extrusion lines, we also have a variety of downstream equipment to provide our customers with the solution their product demands. Water tables – air tables – vacuum tanks – winders – saws and fly knife cutters to name a few.

Post Extrusion capabilities - We can punch, notch and drill your profiles to your specifications. We can also insert weather-stripping or apply tapes/adhesives to your profiles – whatever is needed.

We also offer custom packaging of your product, with the inclusion of boxes / spools / bags / and custom palletizing.

At Gateway recycling is also very important. We recycle all internal scrap. We also are willing to utilize our customer waste, provided it is clean. Feel free to contact us to discuss.
